TUESDAY:          12:30 pm - 8:00 pm
WEDNESDAY:    9:30 am - 5:00 pm
THURSDAY:       9:30 am - 5:00 pm
FRIDAY:              9:30 am - 5:00 pm
SATURDAY:       10:00 am - 2:00 pm

ORDER MATERIALS
Order books, movies, music, audiobooks, and more by placing a hold online through the
CW MARS catalog or by calling the library at 508-248-0452. Your library card must be in good standing to order materials. Interlibrary Loan is now available. However, wait times may be longer than usual as many libraries have limited services and hours.

NOTIFICATIONS
You will receive a text, email, or phone call to let you know when your order is ready for pickup.

PICK UP YOUR ITEMS IN THE LOWER LOBBY
Enter the library through the Lower Level Lobby. All items will be checked out to your card,
sanitized, and placed in paper bags by staff wearing gloves. Bags will be labeled with your last
name and first initial. Orders will be available to pick up for 7 days but items will be pre-checked
out to your account as soon as your hold is filled. The quicker you pick up the bag the longer
you will have your items to enjoy.

MASKS AND SOCIAL DISTANCING ARE REQUIRED 
Patrons without masks will not be permitted to enter the lobby for pickup, as ordered by the
Charlton Board of Health. Masks are also required outside of the Library. Please let us know if you are unable to wear a mask to pick up. Our staff is happy to bring your items out to your car!
