All meeting room reservation requests are done online via our Meeting Room Calendar. We would appreciate it if room reservations are made at least one week in advance. Non-profit groups may reserve rooms free of charge. Room fees are listed on our Meeting Room Policy.

Each room accomodates different amounts of people and has specific ammenities. Request equipment or a specific room set up in the " Private Message to the Calendar Editor" section.

You will receive an email notifying you if your request was approved or denied. (This may take up to several days depending on when you submit the request. Requests are reviewed during normal library business hours.)
